  • This initiative helps Philadelphia homeowners access low-interest loans to invest in their properties. Restore, Repair, Renew loans can fund a range of home repairs that focus on health, safety, weatherization, accessibility, and quality of life.

• Whole Home Repair Fund

  • Funds from the Whole Home Repairs (WHR) Program support Philly’s home repair programs, including PHDC’s Basic System Repair Program (BSRP) and Adaptive Modifications Program (AMP), as well as the Philadelphia Energy Authority’s Built to Last (BTL) Program. In addition to home repairs for homeowners, WHR funds support repair loans to small landlords and job training programs in the construction industry for residents.
